Botanical World Segway is located at the 16 mile marker north of Hilo, Big Island.  There are four tours that range from 30 minutes to 180 minutes. 
The Segway tour guides train you on a practice course where you practice turning, starting and stopping. Riding a Segway takes a little practice to but in a few minutes most people get comfortable. At the end of the tour most people are thinking it would be nice to have a Segway at there home.
The Segway tours take you through beautiful botanical gardens and to a secluded waterfalls. Segways are a great way all the natural beauty has to offer without having to take hike. The tour guides are fun and informative about history, plants, culture and place. The tour guide will show you a large variety of plants and let you try some of the fruits that have grown in the botanical garden. The tour guide will picked different fruits for you to try.  At the end of the tour they let you find your way through a maze which is really fun.
