Hawaii offers an excellent source of fresh fish, beef, fruits and vegetables. Combined these fresh ingredients with the talents of chef Morimoto and you have a dining experience that should be enjoyed by all. We were please with every dish from appetizers to deserts. Our experience was flawless and look forward to returning to Morimoto's Restaurant in the near future.
Chef Masaharu Morimoto is known as the star of Iron Chef. He has brilliantly used Western and Japanese ingredients to create a signature cuisine that has captured worldwide attention.
